Don’t Expect Brain Power if You’re Not Willing to Water it!

brain waterDid you know that if your brain is dehydrated by as little as 1% you LOSE up to 10% brain capacity?  It’s no wonder we have brain fog!

With epidemic conditions like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s,  autism, ADD/ADHD,  and depression you SHOULD stand up and take notice of the importance of PROPER brain hydration.

We’re Dying of Thirst!

It is reported that 75% of America is walking around CHRONICALLY dehydrated.  Chronic dehydration is defined as being at least 5% dehydrated.  That’s a scary thought when it comes to brain power.  If you lose 10% brain capacity by being just 1% dehydrated then you lose 50% brain capacity by being “chronically dehydrated”.  Of course, brain power is just one of the multitude of other health issues that stem from dehydration.

We have somehow convinced ourselves that we can easily (and safely) replace the need for water by swapping it out for our drink-of-choice like soda or flavored coffee. Nothing could be farther from the truth! Although you may not die of thirst if you continue to consume fluids of one kind or another BUT you WILL pay the ultimate price for not drinking healthy water.

Water…The MOST Important Nutrient

Your brain (and all of the rest of you) needs water.  So if water is the most important nutrient for the human body, don’t you think that the quality of the water you drink is equally as important as the quantity?  Just try dumping bottled water or tap water in your aquarium without a care about pH balance or purity and watch what happens.   Unfortunately, most of us care more about the quality of our wine than we do about the quality of our water.  Sad but true.

“Drinking Fluids” is Not Good Advice!

Although drinking some kind of fluid will keep you from dying of thirst, it won’t sustain health because most of the “fluids” you’re consuming have absolutely no benefit to the human body whatsoever. The majority of your body IS water.  Doesn’t it make sense to drink water to replace water?

The water that we have access to today (bottled, reverse osmosis and tap) doesn’t even come close to resembling water in its healthy and natural state... the way water was first created to be. You can find healthy water in just a few places in the world like Lourdes, France and Tlacote, Mexico (to name a few)  if you’re inclined to travel far and wide for it OR you can use technology to restructure water back to its original state before we managed to mess it up; right in the comfort of your own home.

Change Your Water…Change Your Life!

The water tap in your home can become your very own “fountain of youth“.   You will be amazed at how your body reacts when you give it what it has been needing all along.  Sound too far-fetched to you?  If so,  I’m guessing you had trouble grasping remote controls and the iPad too.  Don’t underestimate the power of technology.  Just by changing your water you can profoundly change your life!

It looks like we’ve forgotten some pretty basic things about health and the human body but it’s never too late to change.

Bottoms-up, Boomers!
