To Poo or Not to Poo? That is the Question!

kid on pottyThe longer I live the more amazed I am by human nature.  You’re probably reading this post out of curiosity and you’re wondering…is she REALLY talking about poo?  You bet I am!  How silly that so many people are embarrassed to talk about some of the basic human functions.  It’s no wonder we have a health crisis in America!

I joined the forces of wellness as an environmental advocate in those areas that impact our health a few years ago and I hear about physical challenges that would curl your toes.  How strange that some believe that their “condition” is normal!   For instance, I’m amazed at how few people poo every day.  Some poo once a week…some every two weeks.  I’ve even had someone tell me that they poo once a month.  What????  How can people possibly believe that this is normal?  They are in crisis and they have no clue. Eventually they fold and will consume some potent “drain cleaner” laxative.  Once they “go” they start the toxic cycle all over again never looking for the root cause of the problem.  They have  no idea how they are setting themselves up for a chronic problem later on because of their serious state of dehydration.  I hate to be the bearer of bad news BUT this isn’t anywhere close to being normal or healthy.

Did you know that if you’re dehydrated, the first place the body draws fluids from for survival is the colon?  Hence, constipation.  It isn’t as complicated as you want to make it.  YOU NEED WATER and LOTS of it.  Maybe you think you don’t like water (you haven’t tried mine!) and you refuse to give up your “drink of choice”  for anything but you’re paying a big price for that choice.  Maybe you think water is “just water” but if that’s the case; you haven’t done your research into what my family drinks. Believe me…water is NOT just water.  You may excuse your challenges and say that this is “just the way” you are but you need to stop lying to yourself before it’s too late!

Water is THE MOST IMPORTANT NUTRIENT for the human body and the most overlooked solution on the planet.  Your body is comprised of 70-75% water – you’re 90% water at birth and most people are around 40% water at death.  God hardwired you to need water but the water He designed you to benefit from can only be found in just a few places of the world so people like me have taken the bull-by-the-horns – we use technology to make a mirror image of what He makes naturally.

Did you know that your body is designed to heal on it’s own when you give it what it needs?  You don’t believe that?  Consider the last cut you had or a broken bone and after you think about the amazing healing you witnessed; take it a step further and consider that your body can and WILL do battle on it’s own but you have to give it a little help and healthy water is non-negotiable.   Even modern science and mainstream protocols for cancer rely on God’s design…chemotherapy is designed to kill as many cells as possible in hopes that the bad ones go away and stay away when the NEW CELLS are produced the way God designs them to be…over and over and over again.  With that in mind some of us know that if we take care of the root problems…if we give our body what it needs to have a strong immune system and a fighting chance…we can prevent and/or battle just about anything.  Thank you, God!

Dr. Hiromi Shinya, the inventor of the endoscopy, the leading colon specialist in the world and best selling author of The Enzyme Factor, will be the first to tell you that your COLON needs water for lots of reasons and that if you DRINK the water Dr. Shinya recommends; you are assured to have a healthier colon (and overall better health because of it)!  In fact, Dr. Shinya says that people who follow his instructions with diet AND LOTS OF HEALTHY WATER never see a re-occurrence of cancer.  He’s performed approximately 400,000 colonoscopies so that’s saying a whole lot!   If that doesn’t get your attention; I’m not sure anything will.

Reach out to me for details and after I make a few bad jokes about colons; I’ll get you headed in the right direction…guaranteed.
