Whether it’s used inside the body or outside of the body; water is a key component to health and healing. If water is the most important nutrient for the human body, don’t you think the kind and quality of water makes a difference?
Water without minerals (aka reverse osmosis/distilled/most bottled water) makes absolutely no sense for the human body whatsoever.
