Autism…Finger Pointing and Blame Game. Take Action!

fingerssss

A 2012 study from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that 1 in 88 U.S. children had an autism spectrum disorder — up almost 25 percent from just a few years before. But the rate varied widely, from 1 in 47 in Utah to 1 in 210 in Alabama. Furthermore, the rate of autism on military bases is  consistently and considerably higher than those in a civilian environment.  As you ponder the higher rate of autism per geographic region,  I believe that it’s clear that much of the “blame” should be directed to every day environmental exposure that Mom and Dad may not want to think about.

Reducing Environmental Cancer Risk…What We Can Do Now has a lot to say about environmental exposure.  This study was conducted by NIH in conjunction with the President’s Cancer Panel in 2008/2009.  This study is very telling and very convicting.  It’s also available FREE to every American.  I think this may be the way the government says “don’t say we didn’t warn you”.  Unfortunately most Americans don’t even know that this study exists.  It’s not an easy read but it should be part of the self-help library in every home.  What you don’t know IS hurting you.  The question is what are you going to do about it?

Avoiding environmental exposure is not easy.  It’s also only part of equation (albeit a huge part)  when confronting autism and all other toxicity related issues.  The other part of the equation is to rid the body of what is already there. ..toxins “inherited” by both parents. Reducing Environmental Cancer Risk…What We Can Do Now says that it is vitally important for BOTH parents to detox of environmental toxins at least 6 months prior to conception.  That ought to be a big red flag to you in terms of what our government knows about toxicity and the unborn.

Ridding the body of environmental toxins is not an easy task but it IS possible. There are between 50 and 75 trillion cells in the human body.   Each type of cell has its own life span and as the cells die off, they are miraculously replaced with new cells.  It sounds like we should focus more on nourishing our cells and making sure that the NEW cells have a fighting chance, don’t you think?

The most important nutrient to the human body AND the most effective means of detoxing is by drinking lots of healthy water.  Not water that has been laced with chemicals to make it potable (municipal water) and not water that has been robbed of all minerals (reverse osmosis and bottled water) and not water that is so acidic that it causes inflammation in the body but water that is the way water is supposed to be in its healthy, natural state…the way it was before we managed to mess things up!  Without the proper amount of (healthy) water, the body doesn’t have a fighting chance to flush out the harmful toxins that are at the very root of the problem.   Healthy water is not optional if you’re dealing with any neurological issue.  The brain NEEDS water!

Help fight against autism for all future generations.  Educate yourself on environmental contaminants and AVOID them at all costs.   Proactively rid yourself of harmful toxins that CAN (and will)  pass on to the next generation.  Drink LOTS of clean, healthy water and pay it forward.

Until we take responsibility and stop believing that air is “just air”, that food is “just food” and that water is “just water” nothing is going to change and the rate of autism will continue to rise.

What are YOU going to do about it?
