Mother’s Day Attire? Boxing Gloves!

fighting momWhether or not you believe that the “problem” is fluoride in the water, pesticides on the fruits and vegetables, chemicals in our food and air, high fructose corn syrup, GMO, the mercury in vaccines, the water we drink or ALL of the above, there is no denying that America is rotting from the inside out.  The cancer rate is 1 in every 2 males, 1 in every 3 females and autism is striking 1 in every 68 children across America.   Enough is enough!

Perhaps you are saddened by the fact that the United States is not what it used to be and that our children won’t enjoy the same freedom (or the peaceful lifestyle) that we once enjoyed.  All of that is true and there are many BIG issues that we should all be fighting for but talk is cheap.  We need to take action.  I’m taking action and I’m risking being labeled a “radical” because of my willingness to speak up and to educate on behalf of our children and our children’s children.

As Mother’s Day approaches I am challenging all mothers to TAKE ACTION for the generations to come.   Do away with “convenience” and make an effort to feed your children the PUREST food you can get your hands on and the HEALTHIEST water you can find.  Its worth the effort and the lack of disease and dysfunction in your family will be your reward.

I have transformed from a crazed single mother of 4 who took full advantage of easy meals and microwaves, to a grandmother striving to reverse the damage that opting for convenience may have  had on my family.  If I can do it…YOU CAN TOO!

Take it one step at a time.   As for me, I had no clue about “healthy lifestyle” so I took a simple approach to change.  First of all, if the body is make up of 70% water I saw that as the most important starting point toward good health.  We changed our water and saw PROFOUND changes in our health.  After that, we started buying local and reading labels and before you knew it, we were living a very different kind of life than we did just a few short years ago.

The best Mother’s Day gift that I can hope for is the health and well being of my children and grandchildren and I’m doing my part to make this happen.  It isn’t an easy task to reverse a damaging lifestyle but we can do it!

Regardless of your political position there is a quote that is appreciated and understood by Moms everywhere.  “What is the difference between a soccer mom and a pit bull?  Lipstick”.  Keep fighting Mom!
