Watch Out! You’re Losing Brain Power!

Did you know that if your brain dehydrates by as little as 1% you lose 10% brain capacity?   It’s no wonder that many of us walk around in a fog!

We don’t need to  run a marathon or go days without water to feel the effects of dehydration.  Almost everybody could be clinically categorized as dehydrated.   The number one health complaint these days is lack of energy…that is the first sign that the blood, tissues, and organs are not getting enough water.  Your liver and brain are the least tolerant of the lack of water.  We can’t live without either of them and we can’t live well without both of them functioning properly!

Every time you move any part of your body water is required. That’s why dehydrated people have so many aches and pains. It’s also why so many people look older than they really are.  Dehydrated organs will rob water from the skin in order to function.  Good luck with that expensive anti-aging skin cream!  If you’re dehydrated you’re wasting your time AND your money!  Keep in mind that, under ordinary circumstances,  we expel up to a gallon of water every twenty-four hours.   What do you expect to happen if you don’t replenish your water supply?

NOT ALL WATER IS CREATED EQUAL!   The body needs PURE, FRESH (preferably Kangen) water and lots of it!    In fact, it NEEDS 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water every single day.  That means that a 100 pound person needs a minimum of 50 ounces of water a day.  I’m willing to bet that you aren’t drinking the amount of water you need!
