The Main Ingredient…

When you prepare a meal using your favorite recipe do you cut corners on the main ingredient? Do you look for ways to use an inferior product or replace it completely and expect to get the same results? My guess is that you follow the recipe precisely because you anticipate the end result where all ingredients work together to compliment one other. If you are instructed on what it takes to create the end result that you want, why would you not follow it as recommended?

If you set out to build a house using proven architectural plans would you cut corners on the main ingredient? Would you look for ways to use an inferior product or replace it completely and expect to get the same results? I think that it’s safe to assume that you would follow the house plans precisely because you anticipate the end result where the home is built according to your expectations. If you are instructed on what it takes to build in accordance with the end result that you want and need, why would you not follow it as recommended?

Your body is comprised of 70% water. This is your “main ingredient” and the key component to produce the healthy results that we all desire. You have been given “instructions” to drink lots of water but you choose to cut corners and drink other things instead of what your body needs. When you do drink water, you choose to drink water that is laced with chemicals even though you’ve been warned that these chemicals will wreak havoc on your health. Though you may say “without health you have nothing” you continue to do the same thing over and over and expect different results. Einstein referred to this as the definition of insanity.

Do yourself a favor. Treat your body with the respect it deserves. Put as much focus on the “main ingredient” for your body as you would for everything else in life. Follow the recipe for life…drink ½ of your body weight in ounces of the PUREST water on the planet each day.
